Q: How can I find out if you have new photographs on your site?
A: New photographs will be posted to the "New Photos" page first, and will remain there for a time before being moved elsewhere.
Q: Do you have a secure method for payment on your site?
A: I use PayPal for payment, a company which is renowned for its secure payment methods. If you would prefer to pay via check,
you can mail the same to me along with the below Order Form, filled out.
Q: Does it really take four to six weeks for delivery of items, as stated on your site?
A: Not usually, but I'd rather be safe than sorry and have my customers order in plenty of time for a specific occasion.
Q: I live locally. May I pick up my order directly from you?
A: Contact me to make arrangements. When paying through PayPal, shipping is automatically calculated.
Q: Do you have a shop or studio where a customer can personally view your work?
A: I do not have a retail store. I do, however, have a working studio for my painted items (see my other website,
www.hosensackdesigns.com), and occasionally have photographs on display there. I also attend craft and art fairs. If you wish to
be on a mailing list to receive notification of events, please e-mail me with your contact information.
